Laundromat Love volunteers go into Metro Detroit laundromats and pay for every load in the room. They also hand out hygiene kits. The group describes the visits as a way to share smiles, a conversation, and a little community while the washers run.
Nobody in the shop that day has to choose which basket to leave for later. The volunteers cover the machines that are already going.
